How Does TSTC Hermetic Door Realize Airtight/Hermetic Feature ?
The hermetic sliding door with the model TH100 is the special door for operation room, CT room, aseptic room, dust-free room, laboratory etc.. The doors are in high pressure polyurethane foaming process, which reduces the weight of the door and improves the sound insulation, thermal insulation and heat preservation effects.... The most important feature of TH100 is the airtight/hermetic structure (sinking movement-downward &inward movement) ,which composed of multiple components like the patent guide rail, double ramp of concave rail, spherical guide wheel , which bring the excellent airtight/hermetic feature of the doors, and the details are as below .

▪ Patent Guide Rail
Patented guide rail technology for sinking movement (downward &inward movement). When close the door, the door body will move towards to the doorcase and the ground, then the sealing rubber which assembled on the surrounding surface of the door body could completely press tightly on the doorcase and the ground, which ensures the air tightness of the hermetic door. When the door open, the sealing rubber will separate from the doorcase and ground, which could reduce the friction and increase the service life of the rubber.

▪ Patent Location Technology for Door Leaf
In coordinate with double ramp of concave rail at the bottom of the door and spherical guide wheel, the door body will move close to the ground and close to the doorcase when it is closed. The door leaf will move from concave rail to the sliding railway due to the adjustment of directive wheel, which avoids from swinging .
