Q1. What about the dimension of TSTC sliding door operator ?

Several models of TSTC sliding door operator could be provided with the section dimension as below (Width x Height). 

145 x120mm for TS600, 150 x118mm for TS500, 110 x150mm for TS200, 185 x105mm for TS300, 210 x120mm for TS800 (Telescopic sliding door).

Q2. What about the standard length of TSTC sliding door operator ?

For all models of TSTC sliding door operator, 3000mm, 4200mm and 6000mm for standard length .

Q3. Is the motor for TSTC sliding door operator imported or made in China ?

We could provide different motors for our sliding door operators, including the Dunkermotoren from Germany as well as other motors made in China, all the motors could meet European and American Standards.

Q4. Is the motor for TSTC sliding door Brush or Brushless ?

We could provide automatic sliding door with both brush motor and brushless motor . The model TS300 and TS500 assembled Brush motor, the model TS200, TS600 and TS800 assembled brushless motor .

Q5. Could TSTC sliding door operator assemble frameless door body ?

Yes, all models of TSTC sliding door operator could assemble frameless door body, and top door clamp and bottom stopping devices are needed .

Q6. What about the detective Radars for TSTC sliding door operator ?

Our sliding door operator could assemble almost all types of detective radars with the brands BEA, OPTEX and our own brands .

Yes, that's the telescopic sliding door. To single parting, with 2 moved door leaves and 1 fixed door leaf. To Bi-parting, with 2 moved door leaves and 1 fixed door leaf for each side. The model of our telescopic sliding door operator is TS800, with the section dimension 210 x120mm .

Q10. How many types of surface treatment could be provided for TSTC automatic sliding door ?

The most popular surface treatment could be provided for TSTC sliding door, including Painting/Coating, Anodizing, Stainless Steel Cladding (Satin, Mirror type), and all the popular colors could be provided according to the requirements.
