Q1. The structure of TSTC revolving door ? Same as Boon Edam with Pillar bearing structure?

Our revolving door adopt outer wall load bearing structure, not pillar-bearing structure . We also use vertical pillar sometimes which look similar as Boon Edam, but they are used for decoration but not used for load bearing .

Q2. The Controller of TSTC automatic revolving door ? Single-Chip Microcomputer or PLC ?

All of our automatic revolving door used PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) from SIEMENS. Compared with single-chip computer, PLC possess the faster calculation speed, more stable operation, easier for parameters setting, better compatibility with other electronic components . 

Q3. Does TSTC revolving door could connect the Fire alarm signal of BMS ?

Yes, our revolving door possess the interface of fire alarm signal, which could connect the BMS(Building Management System) easily .

Q4. Does TSTC revolving door have the Panic Breakout System ?

Yes, it's no problem for our revolving door to assemble the Panic Breakout System. To our 3/4 wing revolving door, all the door wings could be folded into one when there is something emergency happened, to make sure the pedestrians could go through the door easily .To our 2 wing revolving door, there is sliding door or swing door in the middle of the revolving door, the sliding door or swing door could keep opening when there is something emergency happened .

Q5. All of TSTC revolving door used top driving mode ?

To 2 wing automatic revolving door, we used top driving mode only . But to our 3/4 wing revolving door, we could use both Top driving mode and Bottom (Under ground) driving mode .

Q6. Does TSTC revolving door possess the anti-strike and anti-squeeze function ?

Our automatic revolving door have the Force-Sensitive Door Leaf, if the resistance that the door wing encounter exceeds a preset value, our revolving door will stop at once, this is the standard function to keep pedestrians from colliding/striking and squeezing .

Our automatic revolving door also have the Torque Control Function. when the gap to the closing position less than a preset distance , the driving force of the revolving door will be reduced, to keep pedestrians from colliding/striking and squeezing .

On the other hand, we could also assemble the anti-strike sensor or Anti-squeeze sensor(Both are optional parts) to keep people from colliding and squeezing .

Q7. Could TSTC revolving door assemble the Night Security Door/ Night Lock ?

To our 3/4 wing revolving door, the Night Security Door could be assembled (Optional Part) .

To our 2 wing revolving door, the revolving part including the curved outer wall (Standard Part) which could be used as Night Security Door . 

Q8. The standard height of TSTC revolving door ?

To our normal 3/4 wing revolving door TAR300, the standard inner height is 2300mm, canopy height is 300mm . The height could be customized conditionally .

To our normal 3/4 wing all glass revolving door TAR600, the standard inner height is 2200mm, canopy height is 70mm . The height could be customized conditionally .

To our normal 2 wing revolving door TAR200, the standard inner height is 2300mm, canopy height is 340mm . The height could be customized conditionally .

Q9. What about the producing time for revolving door ?

To 1 unit of 3/4 wing revolving door TAR300/TAR600 with standard dimension and parts, the producing time is 4 - 5 weeks . 

To 1 unit of 2 wing revolving door TAR200 with standard dimension and parts, the producing time is 5 - 6 weeks . 

Note: The Chinese official holidays didn't be included to the time above .

Q10. What about the supports for Installation and Maintenance for TSTC revolving door ?
