TH100 is a professional hermetic sliding door (sunken/fully sealed) developed by TSTC, specifically designed for Hospital , Clinic , Operating Room, Clean Room, Laboratory which needs high quality cleanness and air tightness.The door is in high pressure polyurethane foaming process, which reduces the weight of the door and improves the sound insulation, thermal insulation and heat preservation effects. 

Product Features :

The sealability (or we called airtightness ) of hermetic door meets 8th grade of National Standard (GB/T7106-2008).

1) Patent Guide Rail Transformation Technology .When the door is closed in place, the door leaf will move close to the door frame and the ground, then the sealing rubber assembled in the door leaf will seal completely with the door frame and the ground, to ensure the airtightness /hermetic of the door. When door opens, the sealing rubber in the door leaf will apart from the door frame and ground, to reduce the wearing of the sealing rubber, and also to guarantee the longer sealing time of the door . 

2) Patent Door Leaf Positioning Technology . Through the cooperation between the bottom interior concave rail and guide wheel,  when the door leaf move close to the ground, it will also move close to the door frame at the same time, and when the door leaf move away from the ground , it will also move away from the door frame at the same time. When the door leaf sliding , the bottom concave rail will change to the normal sliding rail, then will move smoothly with the help of the guide wheel, to prevent the door leaf oscillate effectively .

3) The supporting beam is made of high-strength aluminum alloy ,the whole structure is reasonable and reliable. The service life for the sliding door Operator is more than 1 million times. The Operator uses the side hanging installation method, which is easy to install. The whole automatic sliding hermetic door run with low noise, which could meet the strict requirements of the hospital.

4) The door body of TSTC hermetic sliding door adopts rigid polyurethane integrated high-pressure foaming process, high-strength aluminum alloy frame, and is formed by large platform of automatic lifting hydraulic equipment. Special equipment and technology to ensure good flatness of the door. The surface of the door leaf can be decorated according to the client’s requirements , including the stainless steel plate, spray steel plate, aluminum plate, HPL Plate, PVC plate, with a variety of different colors .

5) The design of sealing rubber around the door leaf, could meet the health requirements of the hospital perfectly. The air-tight performance of the door has been tested by the national designated professional organization, which conforms to the national standard (GB/ T7106-2008) with the highest level 8 , and the European Airtightness Standard BS EN 12207:2016.

6) TSTC hermetic sliding door could be equipped with different operation methods, the standard part is the foot sensor switch, the medical personnel could only put their feet into the switch box, then  the door can be opened and closed automatically.  It can also be operated by contactless hand switch (Or called hand induction switch). Double line safety ray can be installed on the door frame to ensure safety.

7) The viewing window of the hermetic sliding door uses the double-sided frameless round corner glass , both normal and lead glass could be provided .
