•  Product Description

1. Aluminum alloy door frame

1-1. The door frame for special aluminum alloy silver color (effective wall thickness 4mm ).

1-2 .The 3 types of door frame, the bottom of the door body, double door seam embedded quality imported material gray rubber seal.

2. Steel spray door body

2-1. Door panel material is 0.8-1mm high-quality galvanized steel plate sprayed with sub-light color (more colors could be chosen ).

2-2. The door body thickness is 41mm.

2-3. The door body shall have the size of observation window as required by the clients.

2-4. The door body is made of a large platform mold, which is pressed as a whole and filled with rigid polyurethane high-pressure foam (the density is 70Kg/ m3), with high flatness and good insulation performance.

2-5. The door body is surrounded with aluminum alloy edge.

2-6. The door assembled 304 stainless steel anti-collision belt.

2-7. The door with stainless steel hand lock, and with stainless steel bolt for double fixed door leaves.

2- 8. Each door body assembled no less than 3 stainless steel hinges with their thickness no less than 3mm.

2-9. The gap between door body and door frame less than 4mm.

3. Production Standards

3-1.Door frame production process with reference to JG/ t257-2009 "medical push-pull automatic door", beautiful and generous, easy to clean, could meet the use of hospital requirements.

3-2.The air tightness performance conforms to GB/ t7106-2008 highest grade 8 "classification and testing method of air tightness, water tightness and wind pressure resistance performance of building external doors and Windows".

3-3. The sound insulation performance conforms to GB/8485-2008, and the effective noise reduction is about 30dB "classification and detection method of sound insulation performance of air for building doors and Windows, measured by a decibel meter 1 meter away from the ground".

3-4. Customize service provided according to the size of the entrance area.
