The glass which our ICU doors assembled are the high-strength tempered safety glass with thickness of 10mm for standard, other types of glass and specifications could also be customized if needed .

Patent Airtight Structure

The sealability (or we called airtightness ) of our ICU doors could meet 8th grade of National Standard (GB/T7106-2008).

▪ Patent Guide Rail Transformation Technology .When the door is closed in place, the door leaf will move close to both door frame and the ground, then the sealing rubber assembled in the door leaf will seal completely with the door frame and the ground, to ensure the airtightness /hermetic of the door. When the door opens, the sealing rubber in the door leaf will apart from the door frame and ground, to reduce the wearing of the sealing rubber, and also to guarantee the longer sealing time of the door . 

▪ Patent Door Leaf Positioning Technology . Through the cooperation between the bottom interior concave rail and guide wheel,  when the door leaf move close to the ground, it will also move close to the door frame at the same time, and when the door leaf move away from the ground , it will also move away from the door frame at the same time. When the door leaf sliding , the bottom concave rail will change to be the normal sliding rail, then will move smoothly with the help of the guide wheel, to prevent the door leaf oscillate effectively .
