How 2 Wing Automatic Door Works ? The brief introduction below will be helpful to you to understand . 

1st . When the detective radars in the canopy of the 2 wing revolving door detects the infrared source like pedestrian, the signal will be sent to the PLC /main control unit of the door. 

2nd . The MCU /PLC process the signal from the radar, and sent the signal out from the corresponding ports, then the operation signal will be sent to the frequency converter and controls the output of alternating driving motor, and make the door revolve accordingly .

3rd . When it's on sliding door mode, the revolving door will stop at the opening position and will not revolve even the radars were triggered. Based on this, when the sliding door radar detects the infrared source like pedestrian, it will send the signal to the MCU of the sliding door, and MCU send the instruction to the driving board which connected to the motor of the sliding door, finally ,the motor run and make the door leaves move at the same time . 

4th . Other safety devices like the vertical safety switch ,the emergency stopping button will monitor the signal, and send them to the PLC designated ports, if any of them be triggered,  PLC will send the braking signal to the frequency converter to make the door stop running immediately .

5th . After the person pass through the revolving door, the door will rotate 1 or 2 times according to the settings of the control software, and then stop rotating or switch to low-speed rotation mode.

6th . When another new person come near to the door, the door will be operated as step 1, start a new cycle again .
