2 Types for Installation
The all-glass revolving door used an unique bottom driving design, which allowed the door body to be smooth and transparent, satisfying modern designer’s preferences. The Installation including the" Underground" and "Cross Slab" types.

We use SIEMENS BOP and TD400 to ensure completely and exactly suit for our revolving doors.
The Key Electronic Parts
▪ Motor and Gear Box
Brand , SIEMENS, 250W for motor . The strength of SEW Gear Units is their simple mechanical structure. This yields a higher efficiency than pure worm gear units. In addition, the S series gear units are quiet during operation.
The simple design makes the individual adjustment of torque and speed allows for space-saving installation,however,the combination with a helical gear stage significantly increases the efficiency compared to pure helical-worm gear units. The torque ranges from 92 Nm to 4,000 Nm.
▪ MCU - Main Control Unit
To the Main Control Unit, we used the 1st class system in the world, SIEMENS , the model we used have the powerful intelligent I/O "positioning" module that was developed specially for the smartest programmable controller. It could provides numerous functions for both open-loop and closed-loop positioning.
▪ Inverter / Frequency Converter
Germany AC Inverter for 0.25kW (0.33HP) 220V 3 Ph motor. Converts fixed frequency single phase 220V input to variable frequency three phase 220V to control the speed of a standard AC Induction motor.
Overload: 150% x 60 seconds, 200% x 3 seconds.
Speed Control Range: 0-599Hz
Braking: No Dynamic Braking
EMC Compliance: IEC 61800-3 Second Environment C2 (Industrial).
▪ Encoder
The key function of Encoder is the Positioning, and the Encoder we used for our revolving door TAR200 delivers outstanding performance in mechanical shock-resistance and is capable of withstanding higher axial and radial loads so as to meet various industrial environments. Its special position of cabling fits to the limited space.
Max. Speed rpm: 6000 rpm 1, continuous .
Max. load capacity of the shaft : 60 N axial, 100 N radial.

Working Modes
▪ Continuous working mode
The door keeps revolving at low speed if there is no pedestrian, and revolves at normal speed if pedestrians are detected. The door will slow down when there’s no pedestrian. This mode is quite suitable for large traffic flow.
▪ Start/Stop working mode
The door stops when there’s no pedestrian and revolves at normal speed if pedestrians are detected. After one cycle, the door will stop if no pedestrian is detected. This mode can save a lot of energy.
Safety Features
The following safety equipment will be fitted to the revolving door.
▪ Vertical Safety Switch
When the rubber profile is pressed, the door will stop revolving immediately. What's more, the safety switch could be monitored by the safety relay all the time, the door will stop running immediately if the safety switch was damaged .
▪ Emergency Stop Button
The emergency stop button is able to stop movement of the automatic door under any circumstance, ensuring safety of the passersby in case of emergency.
▪ Force-sensitive Control
The door will stop running when the resistance force exceeds the default value.
▪ Torque Control Function
When the gap to the closing position is less than a certain distance, the driving force of the driving system will be reduced. So even if a passerby tries to rush in, he will not be injured.
▪ Panic Breakout Function
The door leave can be manually folded in case of emergency or passing large objects.
▪ Night Security Door /Night Lock
Depending on customer preferences, two curved doors can be added outside the drum wall to close the whole revolving door system when needed. This option provides extra protection to the building and the door.
▪ Disabled Push Button
When pressing the disabled push button, the door will revolve with a slower speed for a round, after that, the door revolves normally.
▪ Horizontal Safety Light Curtain
The anti-collision light barriers installed on top of the revolving wings allow the doors to brake when any passersby or objects are detected within a defined scale.
Safety Glass
All glass meets the requirements of the international standards. The glass has excellent shock resistance, burglary proof, anti-explosion performance.
Curved glass was 16mm(8+8) thick clear laminated glass.
Flat glass was 12mm thick clear toughened glass.
Ceiling was constructed of 16mm(8+8) semi-laminated and semi-toughened safety glass.

Deliver materials to job site in manufacturer's packaging undamaged, complete with installation instructions.
Store off ground, under cover, protected from weather and construction activities.
