▪ Motor and Gear Box

Brand , SIEMENS, 250W for  motor . 

The strength of SEW Gear Units is their simple mechanical structure. This yields a higher efficiency than pure worm gear units. In addition, the S series gear units are quiet during operation. 

The simple design makes the individual adjustment of torque and speed allows for space-saving installation,however,the combination with a helical gear stage significantly increases the efficiency compared to pure helical-worm gear units. The torque ranges from 92 Nm to 4,000 Nm. 

▪ MCU - Main Control Unit 

To the Main Control Unit, we used the 1st class system in the world, SIEMENS from Germany , the model we used have the powerful intelligent I/O "positioning" module that was developed specially for the smartest programmable controller. It could provides numerous functions for both open-loop and closed-loop positioning. 

▪ Inverter / Frequency Converter 

The SIEMENS SINAMICS is a modular frequency converter for the most diverse drive tasks. The modular structure of the components and the wide power range from 0.55 to 250 kW ensure that you are always able to assemble the ideal converter for your individual applications and industry branche. This series of converters is available in three voltage variants for connection to 200 V, 400 V and 690 V networks. SINAMICS Startdrive is used for commissioning the safety functions.

▪ Encoder  

The key function of Encoder is the Positioning, and the Encoder we used for our revolving door TAR200 delivers outstanding performance in mechanical shock-resistance and is capable of withstanding higher axial and radial loads so as to meet various industrial environments. Its special position of cabling fits to the limited space.

Max. Speed rpm: 6000 rpm 1, continuous .Max. load capacity of the shaft : 60 N axial, 100 N radial.

Shock resistance : 50G/11 ms .  Operating temperature: -20 °C ~ +80 °C . 

Protection class: IP66 . 

Adjust Tool for Running Models

We use SIEMENS BOP and TD400 to ensure completely and exactly suit for our revolving doors. We also use key switch to change the normal running models of revolving and sliding .

Program Selector

The switch allows us to control the operating state of the door through  6  models depending on our needs.

Safety Features

▪ Vertical Safety Switch

When the safety rubber squeezed to deformation, the electronic device in the rubber will be triggered and make the door stop revolving immediately.

What's more, the safety switch was monitored by the safety relay all the time, the door will stop running immediately if the safety switch was damaged .

▪ Torque Control Function

When the distance between the moving door wing and the fixed one is less than a certain space, the drive power output from the motor will reduce to a safe level, so that the pedestrian will not be hurt even if all the sensors are breakdown.

▪ Safety Relay

The safety relay can monitor whether the safety buffer works at any moment. The door will stop suddenly when the buffer breaks down.

▪ Emergency Stop Button

The emergency stop button is able to stop movement of the automatic door under any circumstance, ensuring safety of the passerby in case of emergency.

▪ Disabled Push Button /Handicap Button 

The disabled button can control the speed of the door and slow it down for the safety of younger, older and disabled passersby.

▪ Braking Driving

Germany sensor,could realize 6 safty beams, 2 of them for slow down and 4 of them for brake ,if pedestrian is sensed, doors will immediately slow down, brake and finally stop..

▪ UPS Power Supply

To ensure complete safety, a UPS power supply is incorporated in case of emergencies. This switch prevent s a passerby from being trapped inside a door in extreme situations.

▪ Anti-strike / Anti-squeeze PDR

When the pedestrians approach the revolving door wing, the anti-strike PDR assemble on the revolving part will be triggered, and make the door stop immediately. And when the pedestrians enter the anti-squeeze area near the vertical door frame, the anti-squeeze PDR assembed on the fixed part will be triggered, also make the door stop immediately, to keep people from squeezing by the door wing .

▪ Foot Sensor

Assemble in both revolving part and fixed part of the revolving door, to protect the pedestrians’ feet from squeezing or striking by the door.

All glass meets the requirements of the international standards. The glass has excellent shock resistance, burglary proof, anti-explosion performance.
