The basic models TSTC Hermetic series are the TH100, a single leaf sliding door or two leaves sliding door. A large range of materials are available for the door leaf core and surface finishes, as well as the design of the door frames and sealing system, enabling a wide field of applications.

Patent Hermeitc Structure

Patented guide rail technology for sinking movement (downward &inward movement). When close the door, the door body will move towards to the doorcase and the ground, then the sealing rubber which assembled on the surrounding surface of the door body could completely press tightly on the doorcase and the ground, which ensures the air tightness of the hermetic door. When the door open, the sealing rubber will separate from the doorcase and ground, which could reduce the friction and increase the service life of the rubber.

By building on TSTC basic model TH100, couple of variants for special applications can be created. Protection against electrons, X-rays and gamma rays can be provided with the addition of a full-surface lead insert in the door leaf, in the inside of the frame profiles as well as in the plinth itself. This radiation protection is available in lead equivalents of 0.5 mm to 4mm increments, and the door is available as a single or double leaf sliding model.
