Spare and Replacement Parts for Automatic Sliding Doors

We TSTC possess the professional & complete after sale service procedure for our automatic sliding doors.  After the installation of sliding door operator like TS300, the after-sales service process will also immediately initiated to ensure our doors could be operated normally.

Our after-sales service includes the regular checking, regular cleaning, regular lubrication for the sliding door , also includes the spare parts repair and replacement .

▪ Regular Checking . To check if the motor, control panel could be operated normally, to check if the belt, durable rail is worn severely, to check if the sensor/radar is sensing sensitive ?

▪ Regular Cleaning . Clean the door surfaces, sensors and sliding rail, regularly to remove dirt, dust, and debris that may affect normal performance.

▪ Regular Lubrication.  Apply lubricant to the frequently operated components, like motor, gearbox, carriage wheels, tension wheel, to reduce friction and wear, ensuring the doors' smooth operation .

▪ Spare parts repair and replacement . This service is based on the real situation of the spare parts, some parts need replace and some parts need repair only. Take our hot sale sliding door operator TS300 for example, if the drive unit failed to work, it may caused by the wire problem, driving board or motor, any of them damaged, we need to change the part itself only but not the whole driving unit, and if it caused by the wire problem like wiring disconnected, we just need to re weld the wires but no need to change any part .

▪ Control Unit . Assembles 32 digits Chip with faster processing speed, more input /output interfaces, easy to expand extra functions. 

▪ Radars/Sensors.  Could be provided with different shapes and color, BEA and OPTEX brands, microwave type, normal detective radar, Presence &Induction radar.

▪ Nylon Durable Rail. Our patent part which was made of nylon specially, possess the advantages like self lubricating, less noise and more wear resistance.

▪ Control Panel . Also called PSA by some brands, it was adopt module design, combination of normal operation ,maintenance and parameters setting .

▪ Electro-mechanical Lock. Adopt Bi-static working mode which could remain the same status before and after power failure.
