The Balanced Door / Heavy-duty Swing Door from TSTC

In today's society, the building become higher and higher, the entrance area become bigger and bigger, at the same time, the demand for higher and wider doors is increasing, however, the limit for door closer /floor spring restrict the weight and size of the door, the max support for the door body is only about 250Kg with the normal floor spring, as a result, it's impossible to offer larger entrance design with manual swing door. With the help of the center hanger, our balanced door could hold the door leaf with 1,600kg , 12m height at most . What's more , the close speed & open strength of the door are adjustable .

The other feature of our balanced door is the small opening force . As we know, with the popularization of interior air conditioning, there is always a large temperature difference between indoor and outdoor, the temperature difference will cause large wind resistance while opening the traditional floor spring door like swing door, but to TSTC balanced door, the movable door pivot design could decrease the wind resistance perfectly, even a 6 yeas old boy could open our balanced door easily.
