TBD100 is the manual balanced door from TSTC. Balanced door is an optimal oversized door solution, it uses the principles of aerodynamics and leverage, making hundreds of kilograms door can be easily open and close.

•  2 Defects of Traditional Swing Door with Big Size

1. Hard to open huge manual swing doors

Nowadays, there is an increasing demand for higher and wider doors, but the up limit for floor spring is about 200 kg. This limit makes it impossible to offer larger entrance design with manual swing door. At the same time, if adopt heavy-duty floor spring,the users need push hardly to open the door, which causes inconvenience for the people especially for aged and children.

2. Big Pressure Difference between Indoor & Outdoor 

Both the indoor air conditioning system and the outdoor environment will cause pressure to the door,the different pressure between indoor and outdoor becomes the resistance of opening the door,and this pressure difference is really bigger sometimes.

•  The Normal Structure of the Balanced Door

A. Top support arm mainly plays the role of support and fixation and cooperates with the guide wheel to keep the door body in orbit.

B. Bottom support arm mainly used for supporting and fixing, the guide wheel is used to keep the door body in a predetermined orbital motion.

C. Spring mechanism mainly used to resist wind pressure and can bear up to force 8 wind .

D. The guide wheel is mainly used for guiding, to make the door body runs in specific orbit .

E. Normally open lock When the door needs to be set to normally open, normally open lock can be reserved with the ground to keep the door body 90°normally open.

F. When the door area stops using, the door can be locked by the normally closed Lock .

•  The Types of the Balanced Door

1.  Closer Balanced Door

Suitable for installation in inside and outside wind pressure environment, good wind resistance, with double brush structure, excellent sealing performance. So far, single door panel width can reach 880mm-1500mm, height can reach 2200-5000mm,glass thickness is 12 -28mm or less .

2.  Pivot Balanced Door

With door closer function inside,the axis is hidden in the door frame, and it has an adjustment function to facilitate the adjustment of door body opening and closing speed and force.

3.  Automatic Balanced Door

Based on the original pivot balanced door, add a self develop main control unit, stable working performance, safe usage,simple and beautiful appearance. The drive unit adopts the motors which could meet both American and European Standards,also with excellent performance and high efficiency reducer with gear transmission, compact structure,long service life .
