TS600 is the smartest model of TSTC sliding door operator, with the smaller dimension only W145 x H120mm ( The height of the supporting rail is 80mm ), it’s also a modern sliding door Operator which could be monitored by the camera and controlled by Mobile App at the same time .

▪ Features of TS600 

1. Could be controlled remotely by Mobile App. (This function can be used together with local remote controller.)

2. Self-adaptive for different door weight. The main control unit will choose and run the most suitable program automatically for different door weight ,to achieve the optimal running effect .

3. Self-repair for opening and closing route .

4. Rebound in case of resistance, which could meet  the standard of EN16005 .The rebound force is less than 150N.

5. The chip could store the checking data and will not check again when power failure .

6. TS600 has the signal of emergency stop and emergency pushing, it's the highest priority of the whole program .

7. TS600 has the Special fire alarm signal, which has the secondary priority .

8. One key to restore the factory settings , just press and hold the learning button for 7 seconds.

9. TS600 use the photoelectric encoder and metal encoder plate with 100 lines, which make the position control much more accurate .

10. TS600 can be used together with the camera, which could make remote control for the automatic door much accurate .

▪ Hanger& pulley / Carriage Wheel Unit

The hanger &pulley units adopts the anti derailment design, which could effectively prevent the door leaf derailment and ensure the super safety of the automatic door. What's more, it has the good wear resistance and self lubrication , to ensure the service life of automatic door and super quiet standard.

▪ The Supporting Rail

The supporting rail of TS600 adopts the special shaped high-strength aviation aluminum alloy, which is 5 times of the ordinary aluminum alloy, and greatly improves the mounting strength and the service life of the automatic door. In addition, the rail adopts the mute design,  the mute strip connected with the aluminum rail realizes the shock absorption perfectly .

▪ The Backup Battery (Option)

The backup battery of TS600 adopts the 18650 power lithium battery, 1000 times of charge&discharge cycles design, super long standby, super long service life. In addition, its special design of short circuit protection and overcharge protection greatly improves the safety of the automatic door.

▪ The Control Unit

TS600 adopts the advanced 32-bit ARM microcomputer control technology, which could monitor the operation of the automatic door in real time and ensure the safe operation of the automatic door system all the time.

▪ The Motor

TS600 adopts 24 V, 100W DC motor, which has higher transmission efficiency, lower noise, smaller volume and more powerful effect. It cooperate with photoelectric encoder to realize accurate pulse signal reading, which makes the operation of automatic door more accurate and stable.

▪ The Remote Controller

Adopts 2 in 1 mode ,that's 433MHz remote control and WiFi module control, which can be connected with mobile phone or controlled remotely .

▪ Key Switch

It's the optional part, can not be used with the remote control together at the same time.
