Lead Lined Door |Radiation Protection Door | Hermetic Door |TSTC

The lead lined door also called x-ray protection door or radiation protection door which is designed to protect against the x-ray radiation with a lead plate filled inside of the door body as well as a  viewing window with lead glass, this type of door is usually applied to the x-ray room or CT room in hospitals.

▪  Radiation Protection Function

Lead Plate. The normal thickness of the lead plate is about 0.5 to 2.0mm, to TSTC, the recommended thickness of the lead board is 3.0mm for most,  we can also adopt the lead plate with some more thickness, however, considering the big density of the lead, it will bring potential loss to the electronic parts and the mechanical parts of the door, because the door body is much more heavy with the thick lead .

Lead Glass. In addition to the lead plate, TSTC x-ray protection door also include the lead glass for the viewing window, with a standard thickness of 10mm, and the customized service could also be provided. ▪  Hermetic |Airtight Function

Special Guide Rail . Patented guide rail technology for sinking movement (downward &inward movement). When close the door, the door body will move towards to the doorcase and the ground, then the sealing rubber which assembled on the surrounding surface of the door body could completely press tightly on the doorcase and the ground, which ensures the air tightness of the hermetic door. When the door open, the sealing rubber will separate from the doorcase and ground, which could reduce the friction and increase the service life of the rubber.

Special Location Technology. In coordinate with double ramp of concave rail at the bottom of the door and spherical guide wheel, the door body will move close to the ground and close to the doorcase when it is closed. The door leaf will move from concave rail to the sliding railway due to the adjustment of directive wheel, which avoids from swinging .
