Everything will have problems, including the human beings, animals and all of other things like auotomatic doors, and how we to deal with the problems of the automatic doors? Some notes below maybe helpful to us . 

1. Failure Judgment

When judging failure, if it can be recognized by appearance, we can ask our customers to take some photos or videos of the doors, then firstly the failure reason and parts could be figured out better. Secondly, with the photos, the procedures within the factory shall be followed more smoothly. If it doesn’t work, refer to the manual, and make specific description on the failure, so that better understanding and higher efficiency could be gotten.

2. Send engineer to project locally

If our customers couldn't resolve the problems by themselves, we can talk each other about the possibility to send our engineer to the project on site . 

3. Fill in the Quality Feedback Form

When filling in, each item should be clarified and the item number is essential, because some particular design focus on different item. Without the item number, wrong delivery may occur. The date of installation and test should be written by actual situation, and the customer should provide the date of testing for untested items.

4. Arrangement of Delivery

When the result of quality feedback form comes out, the settlement suggestion could be advised to the customer, and the delivery could be carried out. If during the phase of failure judging we have to send the parts needed, the express delivery shall be arranged and advised in advance to save more time for the ETA.
